Safety
Real people, checked by people. Help in two taps.
How to report someone, what we do to keep scammers out, and where to get help right now.
Report someone
Two taps from any chat.
You never have to explain yourself first, and you never have to reply to them again.
Something happened outside a chat, or with someone you have not matched with? Email hello@immigrantsdating.com.
Tap the shield
Open your conversation with them and tap the shield button.
Choose Report
Pick the reason that fits. Reporting blocks them at once: they can no longer message you or see your profile.
A moderator reviews it
A person reviews every report, within 24 hours, and straight away if someone may be at risk. We email you to say whether we took action.
What we do
Built to keep scammers out.
Every face checked by a person
Before anyone can see you, a moderator compares a selfie taken live in the app with your photos. It is a face match, not an identity or background check, and only moderators ever see your selfie.
A warning when money comes up
Start typing about sending money, crypto, gift cards or moving to WhatsApp, and the chat warns you before you send. If someone you have not met asks for money, it is a scam.
Banned means gone
When we suspend someone, they are signed out at once, their profile disappears, and their email address cannot be used to sign up again.
Get help now
In an emergency, call the local emergency number.
That is 999 or 112 in the UK, 112 across Europe, and 911 in North America. Anywhere else, use the emergency number of the country you are in. We are not an emergency service and cannot send help.
When you are safe, report them in the app, or email hello@immigrantsdating.com.
